Ready is a 2008 Telugu film directed by Srinu Vytla. It is produced by Sravanthi Ravi Kishore under the Sravanthi Movies banner. The movie features Ram, Genelia D'Souza, Tanikella Bharani, Nassar, Sunil, Chandra Mohan, Brahmanandam and Jayaprakash Reddy in the prominent roles. The movie was a run away hit and also was a major grosser in 2008. Navdeep and Tamanna made guest appearance. The music of the film is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
t was remade in Kannada as Raam (2009 film) by superstar Puneeth Rajkumar and was a run away hit.It was remade in Tamil as Uthamaputhiran (2010 film) with Dhanush & Genelia in the lead and was a success there too though a few controversies rose due to some scenes. It is also being remade in Hindi under the same name with Salman Khan and AsinThottumkal in the lead.
